The World Unseen preceded by Hungry God

In 1950’s South Africa, apartheid is just beginning. Free-spirited Amina (Sheetal Sheth) has broken all the rules of her conventional Indian community and the new government by running a café with her “colored” business partner. When she meets Miriam (Lisa Ray), a traditional wife and mother, their unexpected attraction sets in motion a chain of events that will change their lives forever. Official selection of the Toronto and London Film Festivals.
