Die Hard:
Yippee-ki-yay, Christmas lovers! Celebrate the holidays with a free outdoor screening of one of the greatest Christmas movies ever made: Die Hard!
Bruce Willis stars as New York cop John McClane, whose plans for a quiet Christmas Eve with his estranged wife go spectacularly awry when a gang of heavily armed men take over a Los Angeles skyscraper. Featuring a tower full of hostages, an impossibly cool villain (Alan Rickman), a “ma-chine-gun-ho-ho-ho”, and enough f-bombs to send you to the top of Santa’s naughty list, Die Hard brings 40 stories of action movie history to our holiday film series.
So…grab a blanket, try some of Eden Bar’s holiday spirit(s), and get ready for a festive evening of barefoot vengeance on the Enzian lawn. After all, nothing says Christmas quite like a terrorist takeover at Nakatomi Plaza!
