After eating his way thru the peach, he discovers a group of oversized insect companions including a wise Grasshopper (Simon Callow), motherly Ladybug (Jane Leeves), anxious Earthworm (David Thewlis), lovable Centipede (Richard Dreyfuss), and the kind-hearted Spider (Susan Sarandon) he rescued from his aunts, and together they embark on an impossible adventure in New York City.

Produced by Tim Burton and directed by Henry Selick (the visionary duo behind The Nightmare Before Christmas), James and the Giant Peach seamlessly blends live-action with breathtaking stop-motion animation, creating a world that is both eerie and whimsical.
